I started dispatching for the Fire Department, Police and EMS in 2001. I joined the Apex Fire Department in 2002 as a volunteer and became part-time in September 2003. I am a Firefighter I/II, Medical Responder and am currently working toward my ERT Certification. I enjoy being a firefighter because of the adventure, the mystery and uncertainty of all calls.
