10-50, 315 E. Williams Street

3 February 2007

C-shift was dispatched to a 10-50 at 315 E. Williams Street, home of Apex EMS, at 22:38 on Saturday 2/3/07. They arrived to find that a passenger vehicle had created a new bay door through the side wall of the building, careened across an empty bay, and came to rest against the back corner of one of the ambulances that was parked inside. Luckily, the ambulance that would have normally been parked in the first bay was out on a call at the time. Engine 3, Rescue 1 and Battalion Chief 1 responded. Crews remained on scene until 23:49.
