Apex Fire Department Car 1, Battalion Chief 1, Engine 3, Ladder 1, Rescue 3, EMS, and PD responded to a two-vehicle collision on US Highway 64 at 22:41 on Saturday 4/13. One patient was extricated from the rear seat of the sedan, who later died. The call was terminated at 00:28.
