On Sunday 9/27/09 at 23:01, Ladder 3, Rescue 4 and Battalion Chief 1 were dispatched to a 10-50 at Green Level Church Road at Jenks Road. Crews arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway into a tree. The passenger door was forced with the hydraulic spreaders to extricate a patient from the driver's seat.
