On Wednesday June 30, 2010 at 07:35 Apex units were dispatched to a report of a 10-50 on US Highway 64 at Kellyridge Drive. Engine 3, Ladder 3, Rescue 1, Battalion Chief 1 and EMS 41 responded. Upon arrival they found one vehicle overturned as well as an overturned trailer, both of which were loaded with wooden pallets. Two lanes of travel were closed due to debris and Apex personnel assisted with traffic control until clearing the scene at 09:09.
