Engine 4, Ladder 4, Rescue 1, Car 1, Car 6 and EMS 41 responded to this 10-50 on Highway 55 on Friday October 8, 2010. They were dispatched at 08:59 and arrived to find a three-vehicle crash with heavy damage to all three vehicles. All occupants were out of the vehicles and personnel performed patient care. Fire units cleared the scene at 09:30.
