On Saturday, 5 February 2011 at 18:14, Engine 2, Rescue 4 and Battalion Chief 1 were dispatched along with EMS 41 to a 10-50 PI on Old US 1 at New Hill Hollemann Road. Crews arrived on scene to find a two-vehicle crash with three patients, one of whom was pinned and had to be extricated. Wake County SO and additional EMS units were dispatched. Fire crews cleared from the scene at 20:59.
