Structure Fire, Linwood Street

12 August 2006

Several members had just returned from live burn training and were filling SCBA bottles at Station 1 when a citizen came into the station and said, "I think there's a house fire down the road!" Engine 3, Engine 1, Engine 2, Battalion 1 and Car 1 ended up responding to an apartment complex on Linwood Street where first-in crews found smoke showing upon arrival. Firefighters made an interior attack and quickly brought the fire under control.
