A-shift firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire on Roberts Road at 13:34 on Tuesday 3/4. Engine 3, Tanker 1 and Battalion Chief 1 responded along with WC-1 from the Wake County Fire Marshals Office. Crews found a large piece of construction equipment on fire, and doused the blaze with their handline. After mitigating a fuel spill, firefighters cleared the scene at 15:10.
