At 12:05 on Friday 8/29/08, firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire on Kelly Road at Old US 1. Battalion Chief 1, Ladder 1 and Engine 2 responded. Upon arrival they found a truck with the engine and passenger compartments fully involved. Crews pulled the front bumper line from Ladder 1 to extinguish the blaze, and Engine 2 stood by for water supply. Crews were back in service at 12:44.
