A-shift was dispatched to this 10-50 on Kelly Road at 15:54 on Tuesday, 23 September 2003. Engine 3, Rescue 1, Squad 2 and Car 1 responded to find a truck towing a trailer that had fallen off the bridge and landed in the creek. Due to the possibility of gasoline having leaked into the creek, WC1 and Emergency Management were called out as well. Crews remained on scene until 19:58.
