C-shift responded with Engine 3, Rescue 1 and Squad 1 along with Car 1 and Car 5 to this 10-50 on E. Williams Street (Highway 55) near James Street at 11am on Monday, 3 November 2003. Cary and Holly Springs EMS units responded as well. One patient had to be extricated from the passenger vehicle.
