Just after the Fourth of July celebration wrapped up in downtown Apex, Engine 1 and Rescue 1 were dispatched to an overturned vehicle on Highway 55. Engine 1 arrived to find quite a mess, as this dump truck had COMPLETELY turned over, spilling its load across one of the busiest highways in town.
