A chance to see Chief Haraway FINALLY relax, even if only for a 5-minute chair massage: Priceless!

06/01/04 A little duct tape will go a long way! In keeping with the now daily tradition of something breaking / falling apart / flying off / getting dented / etc., B-shift had to perform emergency surgery to reattach Engine 1's light bar after it came loose on the way to a call. Witnesses say as the pumper rounded corners the loose end of the bar would flip vertical, likening Engine 1 to a shark. Guess you had to be there.

01/25/2004 Firefighter Jeff Silver made a mountain out of a snowhill while we were at the station waiting for the calls that never came during the January ice storm.
