The first annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, brainchild of Captain Scooter Carter, was a great success. The preparation turned out to be much easier than for the barbecue - instead of getting up before dawn to fire up the grills, we didn't start cooking until noon time. We had customers already lined up when we opened the serving line at 5pm, and they continued to come in a steady stream for 3 solid hours. The public really enjoyed it, and we had more than a few folks get back in line for second, third, and even fourth helpings!

Kids and adults alike enjoyed our 1939 Hunter engine.	Sparky (Chad Hunning) invites commuters to stop in our drive-through.
The Ladies Auxiliary sold their famous cookies and cakes.	We had quite the full house all evening long.
