On Saturday 23 September 2006, B-shift and a few of our volunteers got together and did some training with Tower 1 and Engine 2. Firefighters hooked up Engine 2 to the hydrant behind Station 3, then ran two lines from Engine 2's discharges to Tower 1's rear intake. They watered the field flowing from the platform and some handlines, giving everyone practice with the pumps and aerial controls.
