Engine 3 and Rescue 1 responded to a vehicle fire in front of 1640 Center Street late in the afternoon on Saturday, 21 June 2003. The first crew arrived at 16:26 to find the car parked on the shoulder fully engulfed in flames. They were able to quickly bring the fire under control. The call was terminated at 17:48.
